The room will be softly lit and held in complete stillness.The 3am Club is Mellow Habits' monthly evening of guided breathwork and immersive sound, in the heart of Brisbane. For the one who knows exactly what 3am feels like. Mind racing, body exhausted, nowhere to put it.The 60 minutes begin with gentle movement, no down dogs or anything wild here, before moving into guided breathwork to quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system. From here you will be led into a deep sound immersion using gong, bowls and percussion. As the breath slows and the body softens, the nervous system shifts from stress response into deep rest.No agenda. No rush. Just you coming back to yourself at your own pace.No experience required. You simply arrive, lie down and be guided.Snippets from previous sessions.What to bring:A yoga mat or something to lay onAn eye covering, mask or face towel, highly recommendedA blanket, something warm and familiarA journal if you likeWater bottlePlease come fragrance free. Scent can be distracting and uncomfortable for the people around you, and we want everyone to be able to fully relax.Important:Doors open at 6.15pm. Due to the nature of this experience we are unable to admit latecomers once the session has begun.
