Vendor Space & Registration
- Vendor spaces are $25 per space
- Vendor spaces must be reserved prior to the event

Setup Requirements
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and tent weights
- No power outlets will be available
- Stakes or objects may not be placed into pavement or concrete areas
- All setup, teardown, and display materials are the responsibility of the vendor
Apparel & Merchandise Restrictions:
To protect the Harley-Davidson brand and our dealership partners, vendors may not sell mass quantities of licensed Harley-Davidson or Bar & Shield apparel.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
- Merchandise acquired through dealership closings or liquidations
- Bulk or warehouse inventory
- Obsolete or discontinued merchandise purchased in large quantities
Allowed:
Individuals selling unique, one-off, vintage, or personal Harley-Davidson items, including jackets, shirts, or collectibles. Personal trades or swaps of Harley-Davidson apparel are permitted.
Not Allowed:
Vendors who specialize in reselling large quantities of licensed Harley-Davidson apparel or merchandise that directly competes with current in-store Harley-Davidson products.
