This is a friendly reminder that our Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
We’ll be serving grilled hot dogs, chips, desserts, and drinks. Donations of hot dog chili, slaw, onions, ketchup, and mustard are greatly appreciated.
To make this event a success, we need a few volunteers to help with grilling hot dogs, serving food, kitchen clean-up, and resetting tables in the fellowship hall afterward. If you can help, please let Lisa Kivett know or add your name to the sign-up sheet in the church vestibule.
This year’s festivities will feature a “Soup–Stew–Chowder Cook-Off!” We’re looking for at least five participants willing to share a crockpot of their favorite recipe for a chance to win great prizes. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place. Please sign up in the vestibule if you’d like to participate.
As always, we’ll have a hayride, plenty of table and raffle prizes, and the ever-popular cake walk! If you’d like to donate a cake, pie, cookies, or any sweet treat (preferably chocolate!), please add your name to the sign-up sheet as well.
