This is a grounding experience, floor based, unhurried — designed to bring you back into your body at the end of the day.The session begins with gentle guided breathwork to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. From here you will be led into a deep sound immersion using gong, bowls and percussion. As the breath slows and the body softens, the nervous system shifts from stress response into deep rest.No experience required. You simply arrive, lie down and be guided.What to bring:A yoga mat or something to lay onAn eye covering/mask/face towelA blanket — something warm and familiar. — highly recommended.Important:Doors open at 6.15pm. Due to the nature of this experience we are unable to admit latecomers once the session has begun.
