- **Event Description**: We're getting ready for summer at Heathrow. Ready to give you that boost as we run up to the May bank and summer holidays 2026.

If you are struggling with anxiety around flying, this full day course could be the solution to get you back into the air.

Starting off with a warm welcome from our team, we’ll go into presentations from our pilots. We cover off a wide range of subjects from turbulence to how aircraft fly, air traffic control, crew training, weather and even all those noises you hear when you take a flight on a modern commercial aircraft.

Following a buffet lunch, we will follow with our psychologist, who will educate you in how the mind works when you are fearful and the effects this has on the body. We’ll also learn practical techniques for how to be in control of your anxiety, allowing you to fly.

With the presentations over, our team will accompany you over to Heathrow Terminal 5, where we will board our privately chartered British Airways jet for a 45-minute experience flight to put all your learnings into action. The full team will be with you on the flight.

Refreshments are complimentary throughout the day.
