This immersive two-hour experience invites you to settle into supported postures, allowing your body to release tension while you are bathed in healing frequencies and ambient candlelight. Susan will gently guide you through a restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner ease and peace. As you soften into stillness, Selena will layer the space with a live sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other vibrational instruments to encourage deep relaxation and energetic balance. Together, their combined offerings create a sensory experience that restores the mind-body connection and leaves you feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
