This one is gonna be so much fun—because it’s all about play.

When we’re deep in our healing journey, it’s easy to focus on everything we still need to work on. We forget how far we’ve come. We forget to celebrate. And we forget to have fun along the way.

But fun is essential.
It’s what keeps us going. It’s what brings our nervous system back into balance.
It is what lights us up- it helps us tap into our true essence- which IS joy! 

So this time, we’re throwing ourselves a mini field day—Inner Child style.

We’ll be:
	•	Playing with a giant parachute (because YES, parachute day was the best day of gym class)
	•	Laughing, moving, and playing light-hearted games that reconnect us to joy
	•	Creating nature-based art that taps into our creativity and presence
	•	Ending the day with a beautiful, healing handpan and drum sound session led by Maggie

This isn’t about doing more work. It’s about coming back to the part of you that used to run wild at recess, find magic in sticks and stones, and didn’t care what anyone thought.

That playful, curious, free version of you still exists—and they deserves a day to just freaking have fun!
