Find stillness in motion. 

This retreat invites you to breathe deeply, observe the beauty around you, and move with intention throughout the retreat center grounds. We’ll spend time in quiet, in conversation, and in community—grounded in trust, curiosity, and kindness. Our intention will be to practice trust and kindness while we observe the mysteries and wonders that unfold. 

Led by Amy Allen (TRC Staff) 
Amy Allen taught yoga and meditation in for over a decade. She has 200hr and 500hr yoga certifications completed in 2006, 2013, and 2018 as well as a two-year mindfulness training in 2023. She loves gentle movement combined with conscious breathing to create a present and relaxed environment.
