This special Deep Rest experience is designed to help you slow down, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner sense of ease. As the energy of summer begins to rise, you’re invited to let go of tension and allow yourself to rest more deeply—so your body, mind, and spirit can reset and realign.


Through the soothing vibrations of sound healing, Jessiy Hawthorne will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. As you rest, Reiki practitioners Tina and Dan Santana will offer gentle, hands-off energy work to support energetic alignment, release, and restoration.


This experience is especially supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, energetically depleted, or simply in need of a space to rest, reset, and receive.
