Lin Considine, LMHC, TEP, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Award-Winning Trainer, Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama. She was awarded both the “Neil Passariello Memorial Award” for her work with people with HIV illness and the “Collaborator’s Award“ for her work with Paul Lesnik, LCSW, TEP ~ taking psychodrama training creatively to many different venues.

Lin has worked significantly in the Recovery arena for more than 30 years, designing, implementing, and supervising an intensive out-patient program that integrated psychodrama, visual art, creative writing, dance/movement therapy and other expressive modalities into its treatment regime.

As an award-winning Trainer of psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy, Lin has creatively linked the philosophies and methodologies of the addiction, trauma informed treatment, and ACOA worlds into curricula rich in the utilization of action strategies. Lin is known throughout the Action World as a true collaborator, both with other clinicians and with her clients. Lin believes in the power of connection through action and the ability of the therapeutic relationship to heal. Lin consults with agencies on program development by exploring their goals and objective through creative, action interventions. There are few topics Lin has not had the opportunity to explore in the action arena.

Lin has a private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is a frequent workshop provider for Onsite and other treatment facilities, and for the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama and has supervised Psychodrama trainees as far away as China.

Lin served on the Board, nine years; six years as President, of the American Board of Examiners of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, the entity that certifies

clinicians as Psychodramatists. She has been the recipient of two national psychodrama awards and is a Fellow of the ASGPP. She is passionate about the intersection of recovery and action therapies and brings humor, a sense of spirituality and compassion to any role she takes on in a recovering client’s journey toward healing.
