Movement & Meditation Class

When our community slows down and breathes together, we light the way for neighbors finding their path home. Join Sakinah Oasis and In Harmony Wellspring during Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week for a calming evening of gentle movement and guided meditation in support of Safe Harbor of Chester County. Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, this class is about showing up—on your mat and for others.

Your $20 registration (and any additional donation you feel moved to make) helps provide safe shelter, nourishing meals, and support services for local men and women working toward stability. Every stretch, every breath, and every gift becomes a small lantern—together, they illuminate real change.

Bring a mat, an open heart, and a friend. Spots are limited, so reserve early and help us light the way—one mindful moment at a time.
