Farm Bureau Learning Tent at the Des Moines County Fair

The Des Moines County Farm Bureau Learning Tent is back for its second year at the Des Moines County Fair on July 25th! This year, we have an exciting lineup of fun and educational agricultural activities for kids of all ages.

What to Expect:
Interactive Chores: Kids can help with farm chores such as milking a cow, harvesting corn, collecting eggs from a chicken coop, picking apples, shearing sheep, and more!
Photo Opportunities: Capture the memories with our fun photo op setups.
Reading Corner: Relax in the shade and enjoy one of our Ag in the Classroom books in our cozy reading corner.
