- **Event Description**: Learn how to support complex cakes with advance structure techniques, improve your hyper-real sculpting and tackle airbrushing complex colourways. Add in a tutu and matching/ mixed up outfit to bring out your own individuality. You can dress your frog just like mine or free style any way you want, change to colour of the tutu? Turn her into Crazy Frog? Put a matching leotard instead of biker jacket? Ballet pumps instead of boots? It’s up to you! Once we have our frog up and running it’s free play all the way!!

This class is a single day class with in-depth fast paced training where we work in real cake to stack up, ganache, cover, texture and colour our very diva frogs! There’s no rkt or poly here, we work in real cake because let’s face it polystyrene tastes terrible and rkt is a pain.

One Day Stuctured Cake Class price: £160 (Early Bird Price is £120 – but be quick you only have 14 days to book) 

The class will be held at:

West Heath Community Centre, Condover Rd, Birmingham B31 3QY

Class will start at 9am so please arrive at 8.45am in order to be ready to get sculpting! Any delays in arrival may result in elements of the class not being completed. Class will finish at 6pm 

This to this being a one day class but it’s alot of work so i’ll be cracking the whip with this one and witholding biscuits for those who are daydreaming. Worst happens you can finish off bits and bobs at home, but we’ll give it our best shot in class. 

Places sold on a first come/first served basic -places extremely limited due to the complexity of this class and personal help I like to give each student.

Students are requested to bring their own 12″ square cake and ganache to the class. Recipes and full assistance will be provided. This is so individual dietary requirements can be catered for and of course in order to build you baking skills. The aim of this class is to send you away with all the confidence and skills to take on big sculpted cakes without fear.

I will provide the structures (which you can keep) along with all other items needed for the class including tools, sugarpaste, buttercream, colours, tea, coffee and biscuits!

This is such a cool class, and you can use it to ‘leap frog’ to many other standing frame designs! What are you waiting for?? Come and play!

All courses are non-refundable unless I have to cancel in which case a full refund will be immediately offered or re-arranged for the first available date.

If you have to cancel and I can re-sell the date then I am happy to refund you your course fee.

Course itineraries, kit lists and recipes sheets will be sent out to you on receipt of your payment.

*You will be asked to provide the cake and some kit for the class as it is more cost effective for you this way. I can provide the cake and kit if you would like, so please do ask.
