We believe in your intuition, God-given creativity, and passion as you pursue a career in live production. You may feel boxed in or unchallenged, but it’s time to break free — embrace your potential and step boldly into your creative edge!

At the end of the event, all mentees will receive a Creative Edge 2026 certificate of completion and a copy of the showcase footage, which can be used as evidence towards their portfolio.

Our workshop sessions offer mentees the chance to engage in small-group interactions, where mentors share the unique approaches that give them their creative edge. Through live demonstrations and personal insights, mentors reveal how their unconventional methods and hard-earned lessons have shaped their success in the live production industry. Mentees will gain valuable perspectives on overcoming challenges creatively and developing innovative problem-solving skills that inspire fresh approaches to their own work.

This multi-industry live production panel brings together experts from entertainment, music, sports, religious services, weddings, funerals, corporate events, and more. With 5–20 years of experience, panellists will share how they collaborate and why each role is essential to the overall process. Mentees will gain insight into diverse event types, ask questions, and provide feedback from their workshop sessions — deepening their understanding of teamwork and industry dynamics.

During this stage, we’ll be preparing for a showcase where each mentee is assigned tasks to support the production. This hands-on experience allows mentees to apply their skills directly in real-world settings. Sound engineers, videographers, musicians, and vocalists will all come together to produce a final live recording.

This is your opportunity to confidently demonstrate your creative edge during the live recording. All mentees and mentors will collaborate to record two songs within three takes. With your mentor’s guidance, you’ll gain invaluable experience and skills that will empower you to succeed.
