This gentle, trauma-informed practice helps you reconnect with your body, ease tension and find balance - supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing.How We Heal CIC is a not-for-profit community organisation based in the East Midlands, dedicated to trauma recovery and wellbeing. They provide safe, compassionate spaces where women - including survivors of domestic abuse and those affected by trauma - can access support, rebuild confidence and begin to heal.Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, eye mask, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.Learn more about How We Heal CIC via their website: How We Heal CIC | Trauma Recovery & Wellbeing East MidlandsThis session is for ages 18+ only.Only one booking is permitted per person.
