Many people find it deeply soothing, helping to reduce stress, balance energy, and promote a sense of calm.No prior experience is needed - just bring an open mind and get ready to relax.Chairs will be provided but participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.This session is for ages 18+ only.Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability.
