We will draw the things that motivate us daily, such as nature, food, art, music, and relationships.The sessions are designed to be fun; the emphasis is on your enjoyment rather than artistic outcomes, although you will practice using different media and develop your own style. Art journals are not intended to be perfect; instead, they serve as a space for exploration, learning, enjoyment, reflection, and spontaneity. The journaling journey never ends. The most important prerequisite is not experience; it is a mindset of permission – you give yourself permission to play and explore. All materials provided.Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue providing a diverse range of wellbeing activities for the community - thank you for making this possible!We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone.
