Want to join in supporting a good cause? Sri Balaji Temple of Great Lakes is doing a fundraiser and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $5 or $500.
Due to the current Economy / Inflation situation, there are fewer number of devotees participating in events resulting in receiving less donations. We must meet the expenses such as paying salaries to priests, insurance, maintenance, mortgage, utility bills etc. We must meet over $10,000 per month as expenses. We are appealing to you once again, to help us by donating on Yatha-Sakthi basis to meet Temple expenses. Anybody could contribute towards this fund and it will be Yatha-Sakthi basis.
Sri Balaji Temple of Great Lakes has also been providing you access to religious events online as we began to broadcast all the events on Zoom, YouTube and Facebook Live so that you can enjoy the events as if you were present in the temple. Temple has also been conducting discourses / Upanyasam on various topics such as Bhagavad Gita, Narayaneeyam, Srimad Bhagavatham through Zoom / YouTube.
We require at least 100 Bhagavathas/Devotees who can pledge at least $116 each. Everything counts. Please pledge/give whatever you can. We encourage you to take this opportunity to contribute generously.

Facebook Giving Tuesday: This is a day of charitable giving. Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the temple. We request you to keep our temple in mind as you make your holiday donations. Your support allows us to continue to advocate for the future sustainability of our beloved temple, and magnify the impact of our religious, cultural and educational services.

Food Drive: Temple is conducting a food drive this holiday season. In these hard times there are several families and children in our local community who are going hungry. You can make a difference in their lives. We donate food and cash sent to the Gleaners Food Community food bank/Sewa. Please drop non-perishable food items at the temple and contribute generously.
