# Event Details - **Event Name**: 2026 Indoor JOAD Championships - **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 11 Jan, 2026 at 01:00 pm - **Event Description**: Society for Archery in Michigan’s 2026 INDOOR STATE TOURNAMENT INFORMATION SAM Indoor State Championships Hosted by: Detroit Archers 5795 Drake Rd, West Bloomfield, Mi 48322 Sunday January 11, 2026, JOAD @ 1pm Friday January 16, 2026, JOAD @ 5pm Saturday January 17 and 18, 2026 @ 9am or 1:30pm Registration will be available online on USA Archery’s website. Registration will be up and running for the Society for Archery in Michigan Indoor State Championships at Detroit Archers in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The State Championships are two separate tournaments. The JOAD portion is for youth archers ONLY (60 arrows) – Yeomen (turning 9 in 2026 and younger) shoot 9 M everyone else shoots 18 M and The State portion is for ALL ages and is a two-day FITA (Everyone shoots 120 arrows at 18M). No split lines for the two-day State Shoot. Archers must shoot at the same time on both days. JOAD Registration is $35 FITA Registration for Adults and Juniors (18 and above) is $60 FITA Registration for youth divisions is $50 Registration will be available online on USA Archery’s website. NO REFUNDS AFTER Jan 1, 2026. $20 late fee to pay day of event. Registration is first come, first serve. Lines do fill up quickly. We follow World Archery Rules. Recurve division does not allow release aid, level, peep sight or optic sights. The compound bow division is limited to a 60 lb. draw weight.
