Letters and Land Offerings

Day 3 of of our Christmas Classes for Community Connection

This morning we will be doing some somatic stretches and a guided meditation before writing a letter to our younger selves. We will then be doing some simple movements and visualization before writing a letter to our future selves. Please bring some sort of small offering to the class that you can leave with your letter on the land (some seed or corn or some carrots or apple slices). We will be mailing your letter out to you in the New Year so you have a beautiful surprise and inspiration for yourself in 2026.

Katy Marver will also be offering some general energy work as you rest in the meditations.

Wear comfy clothes and warm socks/slippers for class and then appropriate boots to walk outside and make an offering.

Bring a water bottle or have some tea. $20.00 per person.
