Gingerbread House Sponsor Drop Off begins Sunday, December 7 through Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Gift pick up and delivery begins Monday, December 15th. Gifts MUST be dropped off prior to this date.

Drop-Off Procedures

Drop gifts off at 2380 W Washington Street. Please pull into the circular drive and pull ahead as far as you can so others can pull in behind you. There will be rolling carts available to assist you in bringing donations into the building.

As we generally have over 100 sponsors, we ask that all sponsors adhere to their assigned drop-off time and communicate with Gingerbread House staff if an emergency should arise. We will offer as much flexibility as possible to provide a drop-off appointment that is compatible with each sponsor’s schedule.

Address: 2380 W Washington St, West Bend, WI 53095. The space is located between the Senior Center and the Threshold. Look for the Gingerbread Man sign!
