Join the Urban Ecology Center’s Research Team for a guided mindful birding exercise.

We’ll find a “sit spot” outside and observe what comes to visit.
We’ll discuss what birds do in the winter, and how birds and nature impact our mood and mindset.
Binoculars and bird books will be available to borrow!
