- **Event Description**: The West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe & The City of West Allis are excited to welcome back the Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD) “Cheese Wheel Classic” for the fourth year. This annual bike race brings tours to 11 different communities over 11 days. Each day, eight to ten races are held from late morning to dusk with opportunities for junior riders to seasoned master racers, novices to pros, women, and men, and even hand cyclists.

The "Cheese Wheel Classic" takes place on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. in the Becher Street neighborhood.

The day also includes the “Blue Hawaii Bike Bash” Community Ride, inviting everyone to skate, scoot, bike, or roll along the course and experience the fun of the route firsthand. We’re bringing the big island energy with a Tropical Tiki Elvis playlist to keep the vibes rolling! You bring your favorite wheels—whether it's a skateboard, roller skates, blades, scooter, or bike. Everyone’s encouraged to rock their brightest Hawaiian shirts and tiki-inspired outfits. And keep an eye out… you just might spot Elvis making a surprise appearance!

The “Cheese Wheel Classic” is brought to you by West Allis Cheese and Sausage Shoppe in partnership with Beechwood Sales & Service, New Glarus Brewing, TriCity National Bank, City of West Allis, and Fords Gin.
