The Lake District is hosting an awareness fundraiser for
Lake Neshonoc Restoration

A Family Fishing Tournament and Kayak Relay Race

*SERVING: Grilled Brats, Chicken Sandwiches and Refreshments will be avialiable at Lake Neshonoc Beach from 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM

When: Saturday, May 24th, 2025

Where: Lake Neshonoc Beach

Family Fishing Tournament Information:

Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Registration: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Team Fishing Requirements:
Each team must consist of a maximum of 2 Adults and minumum of one Child under the age of 18

Entry Fee: $20.00 per Fishing team

Awards: Weigh-ins start at 1:00 PM on Neshonoc Beach with announcement of prizes to follow

*Three fish catergories will be paid from 100% of the proceeds. The combined weights of the four largest fish caught in each of the three fish catergories of perch, bluegill and crappie, will be paid equal amounts from the proceeds.

Bonus Prize: $100 cash prize for the single largest carp caught by weight


Kayak Relay Race Information

Where: Lake Neshonoc Beach

Registration: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Race Event starts at 11:00 AM

Kayak Relay Race Requirements:
Each team of 4 people must take turns paddling a single kayak around a buoy and back. First team to finish wins!
*Must bring your own kayak, paddle and flotation devices.

Entry Fee: $10 per Kayak team

Awards: Cash awards announced after the race on Neshonoc Beach
