Pilates lengthens and strengthens your muscles to create a lean, strong, and flexible physique. Pilates is a total-body workout that focuses on stabilizing the core muscles, while promoting total-body balance, strength and flexibility. This class will utilize a variety of resistance bands, balls and weights to tighten and tone.
Classes are limited in size. Registration is required to secure your spot . Classes are free, donations are appreciated. Class will take place on the front event lawn, to the right of the hotel.
