She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and meditation, which allowed her to go deep within and peel off layers of conditioning and self-blockages to discover that self-acceptance, love, and joy are all within each of us. Marit discovered heart-opening Cacao and Quantum Energy Healing right before the pandemic hit, and the past few years have been all about bridging the ancient wisdom of Cacao with modern energy healing techniques.
