Celebrate World Piano Day with award winning pianists from the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival (RPPF):
E‑Na Song, Janna Pena, and Chen Liang. This performance offers a vibrant celebration of classical piano at its core.

Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival (RPPF) is marking World Piano Day with a celebration that honors the piano’s past, present, and future. World Piano Day takes place on the 88th day of the year because of the number of keys on this uniquely powerful instrument being celebrated.

From January through March, RPPF is presenting 88 Keys. 88 Days., a creative initiative built around the very structure of our instrument. Each key may be symbolically claimed with a monetary donation that directly supports RPPF and the future of classical piano.

The campaign culminates with a World Piano Day Concert Celebration, kicking off March 24 with a live radio performance by Rebecca Penneys (WSMR 89.1) and concerts across the Tampa Bay area March 27-29 — a celebration of piano music, education, and the vibrant community that sustains it.
