They will all be maximum 15min workouts, so you can expect a rest, and all workouts will be team based. Just like fitness, going through adversity is always better with people by your side that you can count on.We'll push boundaries, unite as a community, and sweat with purpose—all while raising funds for the Danny Frawley Center. It's not just a workout—it's a commitment to perseverance and supporting mental health awareness. Are you ready to persist, sweat, and change lives? Beginning 8am on the 13th and finishing at 8am on the Sunday the 14thThe day will consist of a workout every hour on the hour. Your ticket is your committment to play, and all proceeds go to charity. There will be opportunities to donate more on the day, with a raffle for various proceeds donated by our generous community, barbeque, supplement tasting and physio treatments as well.
