- **Event Description**: PTO is excited to co-host the annual Decade Mixer/Dance fundraiser on February 27th from  6PM to 8PM. 

Each grade level had the opportunity to vote on their preferred decade, which will serve as the theme for the event and guide their attire choices. The eighth grade selected the 1990s, the seventh grade chose the 1980s, and the sixth grade opted for the roaring 1920s. When selecting costumes or attire for this event, please adhere to the school's dress code policy. 

What can you expect at this event? Concessions will be available for purchase, and we will accept cash payment. **We will post a flyer of what will be available for purchase with prices closer to the event** Concessions will be located in the cafeteria. 

The event will feature axe throwing, Pop-A-Shot basketball and video games in the small gym, Karaoke in the cafeteria, and dancing in the big gym. Hula hoop contests, limbo and costume contests will also be on-going throughout the event!

As usual, tickets will go on sale the week of the event. $20 per ticket. Checks can be made out to “SMS PTO”. 

We will require assistance with decorating and helping during the event, so please be on the lookout for a sign-up genius to be posted. ***If you plan to help during the dance, please note that a background check will be mandatory, as you will not be permitted to assist without one***
