An intensive yet deeply restful silent retreat with 5 full days of guided meditation, gentle yoga, breathwork and self-inquiry, all held within a supportive container of silence.

A silent meditation retreat is an opportunity to:

• Disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature
• Explore yourself sincerely
• Experience being fully present and fully alive
• Learn how to calm the mind
• Soothe the nervous system
• Remember how to deeply rest
• Come back home to yourself and your heart

Held in a dedicated meditation centre surrounded by the beauty and seclusion of the Blue Mountains bushland.
