The Healing Mama Series – For Moms with Trauma Histories. Includes a guided journal and affirmation deck when you sign up for all three in the series. This three-part series is designed to help mothers with trauma histories move from survival to healing, and from reaction to presence. Each session blends gentle discussion, mindfulness, and practical tools drawn from behavior science and somatic healing practices. Together, we’ll explore how our own stories shape the way we show up for our children — and how to rewrite those stories with compassion and clarity. Workshop 1 – Parenting Without a Map (Dec 11) Learn to recognize how trauma and upbringing influence parenting patterns. Build awareness and create a personalized vision for the kind of parent you want to be — without guilt or perfectionism. Workshop 2 – Triggers & Regulation (Jan 8) Understand your body’s stress responses and learn grounding, breathwork, and emotional regulation techniques to stay connected when things get hard. Workshop 3 – Generational Healing (Feb 5) Discover ways to heal your inner child while nurturing your real one. Explore forgiveness, boundaries, and rituals to create peace and presence in your home. Each workshop includes reflective journaling, group discussion, and calming sensory experiences to help you reconnect with yourself and your child.
