A gentle, grounded space to speak your truth, honor the people you’ve lost, and make room for healing—one step at a time. Each session blends guided conversation, reflective practices, and a simple “healing assignment” to carry into the week. We’ll share memories, write, breathe, and explore somatic tools to help your nervous system settle while you integrate the waves of grief.
What to expect:
Compassionate, confidential discussion (no fixing, no toxic positivity—just presence).
Reflection rituals to celebrate your loved ones and their legacy.
Short, practical assignments to support healing between meetings.
Optional creative and somatic practices (journaling, breathwork, light movement).
