Free Class Week at Valkyrie Fitness!

To kick off the holiday season, we'll be offering all our classes for free the week during the of 11/3-11/9!

At Valkyrie, our signature kettlebell and aerial yoga classes build not only strength and mobility, but confidence and community. You’ll leave every class feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body.

If you’re tired of big gyms, boring classes, and routines that fizzle out after a week, we totally get it. That’s exactly why we created Valkyrie to be a playful, empowering space where fitness feels like fun, not a chore.
