Pole Fitness is a fun, flirty and exciting fitness based class that is perfect for anyone who wants a full body workout or if you are looking to advance in your vertical fitness journey.
This is your first stop to exploring pole dance and fitness. In this class we will explore your new dancing partner learning how to hold on, walking around and multiple dance moves like pirouettes, hip circles and body waves.
The studio is a judgement free environment and accepts all body types, genders and unique personalities. The pole dancing community is a welcoming group of individual and we strive to gain acceptance from all.
