We’d love for you to join in all sections but you’re free to pick and choose. You can also stop and rest as much as you want during each part.Part 1 - Joyful Dance Fitness RoutinesWe will dance through a selection of choreographed dance fitness routines that are used in the regular Tuesday class. You’ll be talked through the moves used in each routine so that you can have a short practice and try out some different options before being guided through the full routine to music.Part 2 - Aerobics with a dancey twistWe will work through a short aerobics style routine. You’ll be shown four aerobics moves that we will cycle through and build on throughout the session to give them a dancey feel.Part 3 - Freestyle dance party with promptsThis part has no set choreography but you will be given some prompts and ideas of how to move to each track.
