Seated Tai Chi Class

Do you or someone you love have arthritis or an MSK condition such as fibromyalgia?
If so please do come along to 1st Clives Own Welshpool Scout Headquarters & Community Centre on Monday the 9th Feb 2pm-4pm for our Arthritis UK support & activity group.
This is completely free and a chance to speak to people with similar experiences to gain support and learn to manage your condition.
