March ‘26 marks me turning 48! It also marks 30 years of teaching fitness classes & it sadly marks me hanging up my teaching trainers & classes at Unique Physique 🧡
17 of those years were spent teaching The Flash Leisure Centre Welshpool. So what a great way to celebrate with a 3hr Clubbercise paarrrttaaayy!!
Come & get involved, open to everyone & all entry fee donations will go to The British Heart Foundation.
Do 30mins, challenge yourself to do the full 3hrs it’s up to you. But get involved, you won’t regret it!😅💃🏻
Worse case it’ll be entertaining watching me trying to remember 3hrs of Choreo! 🧡
