Raising vital funds in support of our much-loved breed

We are delighted to invite you to our 6th annual festive celebration, and we sincerely thank our wonderful supporters who help make this event such a success each year.

We are extremely grateful to the management team at Alderford Lake for welcoming us back to host this special occasion once again — and we are pleased to share that this year’s event will be our biggest yet.

Bring your dachshund and the whole family to enjoy a wonderful day out, including:

• A scenic walk around the beautiful lake
• Dog-related stalls and small businesses
• Professional photography opportunities
• Dog-friendly, newly refurbished café and   bar with a cosy log-burning fire
• Visit Santa Paws in our festive grotto
• Complimentary puppuccinos
• Tombola and festive games
• Fancy dress competitions
• Plenty of photo opportunities
• The chance to meet fellow dachshund lovers

If you also have another breed in the household you are welcome to bring them along. 

🎟 All ticket sales in aid of: Dedicated to Dachshunds with IVDD
🎁 Raffle and tombola in aid of: Dachshund Rescue UK

Raffles will be held online this year, with a raffle/tombola available on the day.

Last year, 1,496 attendees helped us raise over £7,457 for dachshund charities. With your support, we hope to exceed this total in 2026.

If you are able to donate a raffle prize or support in any way, we would be delighted to hear from you.
