I’m so excited to invite you to join our meditation family as we begin our next 6-week Inner Peace Meditation Journey, starting Wednesday, 8th April 2026.

For over three years, I’ve been holding these meditation groups, creating a loving, safe, and supportive space for people to come together, explore different practices, and experience the magic that happens when we meditate as a group.

✨ Each week is different. You’ll be guided through practices such as:

✨Crystal connection (A special crystal for the journey)

✨Breathwork to calm the mind and body

✨Hand mudras to awaken subtle energy channels

✨Reiki-infused meditation for deep healing

✨Mantra to lift the spirit and focus the mind

✨Silent meditation to nurture stillness within

✨Oracle cards to close each session with guidance and reflection

Meditation isn’t something we “master” — it’s a practice, a journey of self-discovery. 

When we gather weekly in community, something powerful unfolds: support, connection, and shared energy that takes the practice even deeper.

Alongside the weekly class, you’ll be invited into a private WhatsApp group where you’ll receive the recording of each week’s meditation to carry on your practice between sessions, creating a supportive rhythm for your journey.
