Join us on August 8th for the Bud Billiard Memorial Golf Scramble at Brooke Hills Park! All proceeds will go to a scholarship in Bud's name(my Pap), as well as supporting the growth and sustainability of youth programs in the area.  

Hello everyone! My name is Kyle Wales, and I am the President of Ohio Valley Sports & Recreation. Anyone who grew up in Brooke County knows how important youth sports are, and how they help shape the fabric of our community. At OVSR, our goal is to strengthen that fabric by bringing the community closer together. My Pap understood the importance of these youth programs, which is why he dedicated his life to the county and athletics.
