annual event will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Whitneyville Fairgrounds building.

The banquet promises to be loads of fun with games, activities, and chances to win some fantastic items:
LIVE and SILENT auctions with many amazing items to bid on, including:
o A relaxing stay at the beautiful Elk Mountain Homestead, with a date for the weekend of July 2nd-5th, 2026.

o An exciting and beautiful horse-drawn wagon ride for up to 22 people at the Elk Country Visitor Center on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM! This is a 45-minute ride through
elk country

o 4 Tickets to the Elk Country After Dark Experience on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM and an overnight stay for 4 at The Holiday Inn Express in St. Marys, PA! Includes a presentation by the KECA staff, hors d'oeuvres & drinks, then experience the sights & sounds of Elk Country after dark (bull and cow elk calling, clashing antlers, owls, coyotes, and more). Night vision goggles provided.

 Ladies Raffle with tons of beautiful items to win
 Games with fantastic prizes: Plinko, Ducks, Ping-Pong, Mystery Tent, Bingo, Quick Raffle, 50/50 Drawing, and more.

One lucky person, at the banquet, will go home with our 2026 Banquet Rifle – Henry LongRanger .308 with Custom KECA Engraving.

We’ll have Sponsor and Life Member drawings for a Kimber 1911 .45 acp with Custom KECA Grips & Black Grips with 3 Magazines, Carrying Case, and Holster. One gun will be given away for every
five sponsor or new life members. (If we have 50 sponsors or new life members, we will give away TEN Kimber handguns!)

Take a chance on the Progressive Raffle, where the winner is also entered in a drawing for a once in a lifetime experience! The raffle winner goes home with a Christensen Evoke 7mm. They are also entered into a drawing, with the Progressive winners from our other banquets, for a chance to win a guided BULL AND COW elk hunt for two hunters in Chama, New Mexico at Fishtail Ranch!
