A Morning of Mindful Movement, Meditation & Sound Healing

Spend a slow and supportive morning tending to your nervous system in a calm, women-only space designed for rest, reconnection and gentle renewal.
This three-hour experience weaves together mindful movement, guided meditation and immersive sound healing to help ease stress, release held tension, and restore a sense of inner steadiness.
Your Morning Includes
Guided Meditation
A grounding, accessible practice to settle the mind and soften the body, creating space to let go of accumulated stress.
Mindful Movement
Gentle, intentional movement to awaken the body, improve circulation, and reconnect you to your breath and physical presence.
Sound Healing
A restorative sound journey using therapeutic instruments to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Nourishment
A selection of teas and wholesome treats to gently replenish and sustain you.
This experience is open to women of all ages and requires no previous experience in meditation or movement practices. It is suitable for anyone feeling overstimulated, fatigued, or in need of a calm reset.

£45 per person
Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and supportive environment. Early booking is recommended.
