- **Event Description**: Join us for this restorative Saturday morning retreat ~ Somatic Therapeutic Yoga with Tony followed by a 1 hr luxury gong sound bath with Mags.   

For anyone feeling in need of a whole system reset – mind, body and spirit, join us for this 3hr retreat which supports nervous system regulation using movement and sound.

Somatic movement use mostly floor based low-impact natural movements performed with embodied awareness, to regulate the nervous system and bring about states of healing and deep rest.  
Suitable for all levels, Tony will gently guide you through each movement in the sequence to bring you to a state of feeling profoundly rested, calm and deeply relaxed.  

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided.

Break for tea/coffee, connection or quiet time 

Luxury Gong Sound Bath with Mags

Building on the therapeutic and restful state experienced in the first section. Immerse yourself in the soothing and deeply relaxing vibrations and sounds of the gongs and allow them to gently take you into a deeply relaxed or meditative state, wake feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Inflatable mattress, blankets, bolsters, cushions and eye pillows are provided but please feel free to bring an extra blanket or pillow and anything that you need to make yourself a cosy nest.
