About Abbey:
Abbey Christe has been training horses since 2017 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Equestrian Science & Horse Science Technology from Black Hawk College. She’s gained extensive experience across disciplines including barrel racing, colt starting, cutting, western pleasure, hunt seat, and ranch work. Abbey has also worked with top trainers in both Illinois and Texas, where she honed her skills in cutting, cattle work, and guided trail riding.
Today, she specializes in colt starting, barrel racing, and fundamentals while also competing in breakaway roping, barrel racing, and pole bending. Abbey’s philosophy: make the right thing easy and the wrong thing hard—no shortcuts, just solid horsemanship.
