This vinyasa flow practice focuses on linking breath with movement to help participants slow down, tune in, and settle into the body. With options to scale intensity up or down, the practice welcomes all levels. We’ll explore fluid movement, intentional breath, and moments of stillness that support nervous-system regulation and mental clarity. The aim is not perfection, but presence: creating space to feel, release, and soften amid the buzz of the holiday season.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more centered, spacious, and connected.

Please bring: 

Yoga mat + a towel (for under your mat for protection if needed)
Warm layers
Water bottle
Cash for koha if you're able to 

If you can't pay - still come along! Or if you can pay extra for someone who can't, that's much appreciated. Either bring cash or feel free to do a bank transfer to: S AUDIBERT, 06-0705-0561596-00 

Please note that we do have bee-hives on site if these pose a concern for you.

Parking outside the farm is largely reserved for Hospital staff. If you are driving we recommend parking elsewhere in Newtown and walking to the farm so please allow time for this. The undercover parking at the Newtown Woolworths works well.
