Never done something like this before? This one's for you. The workout will be a strength and conditioning session and open to all levels, ages and stages. Following this we're getting into a working bee from 9:30–12:30pm (after coffee of course) where we'll be cleaning up Te Kaiwharawhara stream along School Road. Join us for the whole thing, or just the parts that suit you - any time you can spare is genuinely appreciated.
