She is a leading scholar of global economic governance, international institutions, globalisation, and development.She has held senior advisory and governance roles across public policy, education, international development, and business, including with the World Economic Forum and G20-related panels.Ngaire was educated at the University of Auckland and Balliol College, Oxford, where she studied as a New Zealand Rhodes Scholar.
