Two years ago, Te Tai Ohinga opened its doors with a vision of creating a place where young people know they belong, feel valued, are empowered to lead, and have opportunities to thrive.

Since then, the hub has grown into a place where taiohi connect, create, perform, grow in confidence, and shape what happens around them. For many, Te Tai Ohinga has become a home away from home. None of this would be possible without our incredible taiohi, and the many partners and organisations who have shared their time, knowledge and passion to help build a stronger, more connected community for young people.

Join us as we honour the community that has made Te Tai Ohinga possible and stand together for a future where this space can continue to belong to, be shaped by, and create opportunities for Wellington’s young people.

Date: Friday 14th August
Time: 4:30pm-7:00pm
Location: Te Tai Ohinga, 203 Willis Street

The evening will bring together taiohi, partners and friends of Te Tai Ohinga to share kai, enjoy youth performances, and reconnect.
