- **Event Name**: Sound Healing Journey + Intro to Fascial Manuevers

- **Event Description**: Due to popular demand, being summer solstice, almost the end of 2025, among others, I am facilitating one more afternoon of Sound Healing with an introduction to Fascial Maneuvers.

This time around, the hui will take place in Newlands and places are limited, so please make sure you register via DM or email and I will provide the address. 

The drill will be the same as last time: We will be starting at 5:30pm for half an hour of fascial manuevers (think stretching with gentle movement and breathing) to relax and get the body into resting mode, and at 6:00pm we will start a 60-minute Sound Healing Journey with crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, shakers, voice, and more. 

Here's one more chance to set your intentions for the new year that is approaching fast, and/or the option to release what you are ready to leave behind.

Everyone is welcome but registration is mandatory, please! No previous experience in anything is required, only your presence.

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, a friend, and/or anything you want to be comfy and warm! 

When? Sunday 21st December from 5:30 until 7:00pm
Where? Newlands (address will be sent when confirming attendance)
Suggested koha $20, but pay what you can.
