Let yourself be held by the layered tones of Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Harmonium Native American flutes, and other traditional instruments, all delivered through high-quality audio so the sound is heard *and* felt throughout your entire body.

In this state of deep rest, your nervous system softens, the thinking mind quiets, and you naturally arrive at the heart-mind. Here, silence rises gently through the vehicle of sound itself. ?

No yoga or meditation experience is needed — absolutely everyone is welcome.

**What to bring**  
Bring your own yoga mat if you like, though studio mats are available. We’ll provide bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows so you can settle in completely.

**About Claudio**  
Born into a family of musicians in Mexico City and now based in Wellington, Claudio began playing music as a child and later studied classical guitar. His path led him through jazz, world music, and spiritual sound traditions in Montreal, and extensive travels across Asia and Europe deepened his connection with Indian music and yogic philosophy.  

He trained in Tibetan singing bowls in Kathmandu and Varanasi, and his work now embraces instruments including sitar, esraj, bansuri, harmonium, flutes, gongs, and voice. Every session is a weave of technical skill, grounded presence, and deep reverence for the healing power of sound.
